Frequently Asked Questions
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka we usually deliver within 1–2 working days, and 3–5 working days for the rest of Bangladesh.
Can I pay when I receive my order?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available all over Bangladesh. You pay the courier after checking your parcel.
What if the product is not what I expected?
Check the product in front of the delivery person. If you don't like it, return it right away and pay nothing, not even the delivery charge. Returns are not accepted after the delivery person leaves.
Are the dress sets stitched?
Our sets are unstitched fabric: kameez, salwar and dupatta pieces. You can take them to your own tailor for a perfect fit.
