Rafela Mart (“we”) runs rafelamart.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you shop with us, why, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

When you order: your name, mobile number, district and delivery address, any delivery notes, and your email if you choose to give it. We also keep the order details (products, prices, delivery charge).
Automatically with an order: your IP address and browser type, used to prevent fraud and fake orders.
Newsletter: your email address and the language you used on the site, only after you confirm through the link we email you.
Wishlist and cart: the products you add, linked to a cookie in your browser. You don’t need an account.
We do not collect card, bKash or other payment details: all orders are Cash on Delivery.

2. How we use it

To confirm, pack and deliver your order, and to call or message you about it.
To send order emails if you gave your email.
To send the newsletter, only if you confirmed your subscription.
To keep records required for accounting and tax, and to prevent fraud.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

Delivery partners: your name, mobile, address and the amount to collect, so they can deliver.
Service providers that run the site for us: our web hosting and our email-sending service.
Google Fonts: pages load fonts from Google, which receives your IP address.
Authorities, when Bangladeshi law requires it.

4. Cookies

We use only cookies needed for the site to work: your cart, your wishlist, and your language choice (বাংলা / English). Your light/dark theme choice is stored in your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. How long we keep it

Order records: as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements (generally 5 years), then deleted or anonymised. Newsletter: until you ask us to remove you; unconfirmed sign-ups are removed.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to remove you from the newsletter, by contacting us below. We may need to keep order records the law requires.

7. Security

The site uses HTTPS, and only authorised staff can see orders. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Children

The site is not meant for children under 18 to order without a parent or guardian.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
